Melodic, almost pagan black metal out of Iceland with some of the most aggressive vocals I've heard in the genre. It's balls to the walls from the first note with few respites, but its melodic enough to not overstay its welcome.

Really killer stuff. Has that unique and demented feeling that brings to mind the greats like Masters Hammer and Mortuary Drape to name a few. Catchy and bouncy riffs that drill their way into your skull and memorable vocal performance. One of 2019's best without a doubt.

Tout est une question de perspective. En regardant la pochette d'Algleymi, on se dira : "c'est un constat d'échec de l'humanité face aux puissances cosmiques". Mais le gigantisme de cette silhouette est un signe que Misþyrming veut plutôt s'emparer de cette puissance et le black metal le confirmera très vite. Il est plus maîtrisé, massif et épique. Si le chant est déjà impressionnant, dégageant plus de haine, les guitares sont de leur côté absolument monumentales. Un chef-d'œuvre du genre !
